Pre-race routine:

Got there the day before, drove the bike, rode the run. met with race directors friend(?) that was finishing the swim exit ramp and got filled in on some nice info- there wouldnt be a warm up for the swim (parks service didnt want people in there longer than necessary).

should have pushed harder, got tagged by two guys (not in my AG). fell from 3rd overall to 5th.

i suck at swimming.
