What would you do differently?: I carried my primary fuel source throughout race (perpetuem) and switched to gel flask after mile 10. Next race I will only carry perpetuem to keep constant flow of calories as opposed to the ups & downs with gels. Post race
Warm down: Dynamic stretching, stretched feet, a few lunges What limited your ability to perform faster: Plantar Fasciitis Event comments: Didn't like running on bike path along hwy 2 (too narrow for the number of participants). I also thought that 2 street lanes should've been open to runners throughout the entire 2nd half of out & back route.
