Comments: Had a heck of a time getting my jersey on with being wet and the rain. What would you do differently?: Buy a tri top so I didn't have to worry about getting it on during T1 Bike
Comments: No idea of rank, pace or time as it wasn't counted nor posted. What would you do differently?: Save energy in the swim so that I had some lungs for the bike. Transition 2
Comments: T2 not counted nor posted. What would you do differently?: Learn to dismount while moving! Have a few bruises from getting my leg stuck getting over the top bar while left shoe still clipped in. Run
Comments: Run faster! Had a full-on calf cramp during the first and second mile. Had to stop a few times to work on releasing it... didn't work. Was a rough run. What would you do differently?: Stay hydrated so I don't cramp. Run more during training. Post race
Warm down: Walked around. What limited your ability to perform faster: Weather, poor pacing, dehydration and cramping. Event comments: First triathlon, had poor pacing, bad weather....
