Buy a tri top so I didn't have to worry about getting it on during T1

Learn to dismount while moving! Have a few bruises from getting my leg stuck getting over the top bar while left shoe still clipped in.

Run faster! Had a full-on calf cramp during the first and second mile. Had to stop a few times to work on releasing it... didn't work. Was a rough run.
What would you do differently?:

Stay hydrated so I don't cramp. Run more during training.

Weather, poor pacing, dehydration and cramping.

Event comments:

First triathlon, had poor pacing, bad weather.... GREAT experience! I'm addicted.

Race was a mess but because of severe weather and flooding. The storm caused a State of Emergency that afternoon.
