Comments: Had to check blood sugar before run. Wasn't feeling good. Run
Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Lost a lot of fluids during the swim and puked on the bike because of salt water intake. Should have managed hydration better. Was cramping badly on the run which kept me from hitting my target pace of 8:00-8:15min/mile. Event comments: Not very pretty, but if conditions are right (which they weren't), could be a fast course. Last updated: 2010-05-04 12:00 AM
