Comments: Felt real good on the bike..good climbing effort..passed a lot of bikers..played cat and mouse with racers younger than me..quads got a bit sore but I kept up the pace. What would you do differently?: Next year I am doing it under 2hrs! Transition 2

Comments: I was 4th in my age group by only .05 seconds!!! My legs were pretty spent but I would not do anything different on the bike. What would you do differently?: I did the best I could! Post race
Warm down: Walk around with wife and daughter...drink water..some bagel and banana...had to pee..that's good! What limited your ability to perform faster: Nothing Event comments: Something like Honey Milk would be nice instead of just water at the finish. Had a great time...always feels good to podium!!!
