Comments: Sat down, took my time, competitive juices not flowing yet, felt like a warm up lap. What would you do differently?: change objective, and fly in an out. Bike
Comments: I was wiped at Mile 5, could not believe only half way. My legs cooked so early. What would you do differently?: DO more hill training. Transition 2

Comments: Wow Mile 1 was a beast, then got easier in mile 2, mile was rough, but all of this was partially as i did not know he course. What would you do differently?: know the course well and time the seperate segments to gauge time left to complete Post race
Warm down: sat on a barrel, two bananas, some juice, then waited for massage. What limited your ability to perform faster: improve flexibility, not knowing course, switching from tri to Du. break a sweat before start. 5.30 am wake up, bagel with pbutter, some coffee(cut that next time)
Woke up every 2 hours.
none was to cold and not sure if to bail on the swim, basically walked for 25- 30 min.
