Event comments:

Had a equipment failure today which shortened our ride for the day. Five or six miles outside of Waverly, the first morning rest stop, the front derailure cable broke on the tandem. We waited along the side of the road for about 45 min for a SAG which to us and the bike forward to the next rest stop at Chillicothe where we had the bike repaired and continued our ride after eating our lunch. NW winds picked up at the day went on. Very windy again after we left Circleville on our way to Columbus for the final 30 miles. Rough going again fighting the winds. Arrive in Columbus about 3:30 PM.
