Comments: I got beat up in the beginning. Pushed, punched and grabbed. Was not expecting it so it took me a while to get going. Second loop was good, started to get into good form. What would you do differently?: pick a better spot to start. Transition 1

Comments: Should have pushed more. I was a little weary about the bike and the carbon frame after the drop so I do not know if I held back a little. The guys that wennt by me were fast!!! It is tough when they go by you so fast.. What would you do differently?: Need a lot more workl on the bike!!! Transition 2

Comments: The first 2 miles were really tough. I had really bad stomach craps and thought about walking. After mile 3 I started to feel better and was able to get into form. What would you do differently?: Carry something better to drink on the bike, Powerbar drink was not good on the stomach. Post race
Warm down: ran a little after and walked for a while and stretched. Had to get ready for the sprint race in 3 hours What limited your ability to perform faster: Cramping on the run, but it would not have made a difference in the overall finish place. Event comments: Probably the best race I attened this year. It might be a draw with musselman. Everything was well oganized, the volunteers were great and plentiful, and it was a full fun day of triathlons. The atmoshere was competitive but fun with a lot to do in between races.
