Pre-race routine:

A few spoons of plain yogurt was all I could choke down. Left Osoyoos at 6:35am. Body mark, transition set up.

Took a short dip in the water but it was too cold to wait in there.

They had wet suit strippers - my first time. :)

No transition time was available. Bike time included both transitions. We estimated my times to be 1:30 for each so I took 3 minutes off my bike time.
