Comments: i was undertrained for the bike and it showed as i only caught a few riders but I was overtaken by plenty What would you do differently?: train more for the bike Transition 2
Comments: this one sucked as i fumbled with the laces of my runners for what seemed like a friggin eternity What would you do differently?: .....yeah the laces Run
Comments: i immediately started cramping in my left calf upon dismounting the bike.....and beginning the run, i was not sure if i could continue.....i limped along for a halfmile and the cramps started to pass......but i felt unable to do much in the way of increasing my speed.....all my leg muscles seemed on the verge of cramping whenever i would try to accelerate What would you do differently?: brick training apparently Post race
