i was undertrained for the bike and it showed as i only caught a few riders but I was overtaken by plenty

i immediately started cramping in my left calf upon dismounting the bike.....and beginning the run, i was not sure if i could continue.....i limped along for a halfmile and the cramps started to pass......but i felt unable to do much in the way of increasing my speed.....all my leg muscles seemed on the verge of cramping whenever i would try to accelerate

brick training apparently
