Comments:

Time includes getting out of the pool and running to the pad. Still slow for me, though. Don't know what the deal was. The swimming-slower-to-swim-faster thing didn't work as well today. On the flip side, though, I wasn't worn out when I got out. Still had breath and energy to run to T1.
What would you do differently?:

I don't know. When I swim faster I'm worn out. When I swim slower I have more energy for the next event. Still, I have to learn to swim faster.
