Run
Comments: Started strong was going to do 2k run or jog and walk a min. As with all lifes plan that goes out the window and walked when I had to which was alot at the end and not too much during the beginning. Run felt strong for the first 16k or so then it started hurting a bit so walking was more frequently. Smashed my pb by a whole 15min which is a lot for me. What would you do differently?: Run faster as I get in better shape Post race
Warm down: Streching streching and walking around downtown Victoria with my girlfriend. What limited your ability to perform faster: Being to fat not fast fat. Event comments: A good race although Stephen King forgot my name when I came in but I was in a crowd. Last updated: 2010-05-19 12:00 AM

Not much just lots of streching and seeing the 8kers off with the girlfriend wanted her to do the 8k but she says she is not ready. Looked for the 2:30 sign but not there so stayed a bit back of the 2:15 sign but I think I stayed a bit too far back.
See above a lot of streching and psyching my self up for a long long run.
