In bodies the whole time. my own fault. start in front
What would you do differently?:

Need to be more confident. Starting in back and always boxed in. I know i could swim it as a time trial 5 minutes faster

just put more effort in to it. this was kind of sloppy/rainy and 1 minute wasnt going to make my day...lol

Really should have been more aggressive on down hills at end. Coasted in long line on a couple but it was fast and really raining...
It wasnt the championship of the free world...

ride harder. i was afraid of dying on the run. Run was no problem
