Comments: Was very nervous starting out but tried to ramain calm and focused on my breathing. Happily surprised at how well the swim went, now just need to work on my time. What would you do differently?: Need to figure out passing and sighting without breaking momentum. ![]() Transition 1
Comments: I need to practice this! So glad I didn't wear the wet suit or I would have had a 5 min time in T1!!! What would you do differently?: set up my socks and shoes differently? it seemed to take forever to get them on?! ![]() Bike
Comments: Tried to keep a good pace and tried to save some energy for the run. Overall it was a good bike just really slow! What would you do differently?: Need to train harder on the bike ![]() Transition 2

Comments: starting off the run my legs were Jello, walked the first water station but ran rest of the race. Was a very hard transition for me from bike to run struggled with keeping a good pace (obviously with an 11 min mile) I did feel good toward the end! What would you do differently?: need to train more of the bike to run transition ![]() Post race
Warm down: Walked around quite a bit. Need to stretch more at the end! What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of training. 2 1/2 weeks was not long enough to prepare myself for this race! although the swim went better then I thought it was going to!
