What a mess. No goggles so swam breast stroke most of the way so that I could see. Got passed by 2 people. Took it very nice and easy. Didn't feel good at all.

Warm up 2 miles prior to the start of the race.

Goggles, bad run.

Event comments:

Great transitions, but that's about it. Crazy slow run. Didn't even feel like a race until a couple miles into the bike. The goggles thing just totally threw me off my game. Sunrise continues to be one of my favorites.
