Drank 16 oz H2O and 16 oz G2. Couldn't drink enough. Hot ride. After the first 6 miles, there was really no racer traffic. This made the 2nd half drag on.

Felt really fast. The warm up really helped. The run was very hot though. No shade and hot pavement.

Heat and a slow swim.

Took forever to get chips, which delayed the start. By the time the race started it was already very hot.
