Woke up and ate a bagel and had a fruit smoothie. Got the gear together and packed the car up at the hotel.

Jumped on the bike and knocked my left shoe off, then the heel insert in my right shoe came out. Had to stop and put them on (sorry if I held anyone up).

Passed Lauren around 2 miles. 4 miles in my spedometer stopped working, so I just rode off cadence and body feeling. Right fibula head started feeling it, so I didn't push too hard.
