Comments: I planned to run both the 10k and the 5k at a moderate pace, as I just wanted to get the miles in. Ended up having a great 10k, felt good the whole way, crossed the finish line and quickly walked to the 5k start and met up with friends, then jogged the 5k as a cool down. ITband started barking at me about 1 mile into 5k. What would you do differently?: I should have ran the 10k a little harder Post race
