Fumbled with race belt a bit too long. Need to put it on running out of T2 instead of standing in T1. Ran like a banshee with my bike to make up for the lost time.

Put belt on running out of T2 instead of in T1.

Started cramping 1/2 mile into the run. Fought the cramps all run long with walking/running/walking/running....
What would you do differently?:

Won't ever pedal in circles again! Not at least with out training for it.

Leg cramps in run.

Event comments:

Somehow I still pulled 7th out of 30 in my AG. I was looking at last year's results and if I had matched last years time, I'd have pulled 3rd! I was almost 5 minutes slower than last year, due to the leg cramps. My bike was 2 minutes slower too. I guess I pulled back too much on the bike this year to save some for the run.
