Got up, showered, had a mini-bagel with PB and honey and OJ. Took my coffee and out the door!

A little slow, but that is because this was the first race of the season and I haven't practiced my transitions yet this year. Plus, this time included running about .3 mile from the swim:)

Hot hot hot. Humid and then more humid. Since I pushed it so hard on the bike, my legs were toast. But, I held on. I did walk up 3 hills just so I could conserve some energy to finish strong. It worked.
