Comments: Swim didn't go as well as expected. I should have warmed up more, it took until the 2nd to last bouy before I felt like I was swiming well. What would you do differently?: Warm up longer Transition 1

Run
Comments: My stomach started cramping around mile 2. So I had to walk/run until around mile 4. At mile 4 the 3rd place in my age group caught up to me and we ran all the way to the finish, with me only finishing 10 seconds ahead. The run was extremly hot, and I didn't eat or drink much on the run. What would you do differently?: Not eat as much gu/water on the bike to avoid stomach cramps on the run. Post race

Set up T2 on Saturday night before the race. Packed everything Saturday night to take with me to T1 and extra items for T2. The morning of the race I dropped all of my T1 gear off, although I wish I would have decided to bring a towel to T1.
Got to T2 Sunday morning, and checked again to make sure my transition was all set up. About 15 min before my swim wave, I ate 3 shot blocks and chased them down with gatoraid.
