Pre-race routine:

set up at 6:30. Talk to others since this was my first. Got some tips. Went for a little walk. Drank energy drink befor race .5 hr drank alot of water from 5 to 6:30

overall breathing not good never got into flow. Made mistake on my time that I thought I would do. So I had to pass 3 people and even do breast stroke to wait .

Put do the coorect swim time. No flip turns
