Comments:

It was hot and humid, as usual. I told myself to treat this as just a long run, not a race. Worked out, walked through three or four water stops. But with heat and lack of long training since OKCMM, no surprise there.

Poorly marked course, really junky Tshirt. Disappointed in those aspects.

This may be my slowest half, but that's fine. I still like this distance, and felt much better after mile 5.
