Comments: Need to swim more in open water. I had some problems with the chop which was screwing up my breathing. What would you do differently?: Practice more swimming in open water. Look into a wetsuit, although the water was warm enough in this race. Transition 1
Comments: Took my time putting everything I had on. What would you do differently?: Would have been nice to have my shirt already on under wetsuit, but I don't own a wetsuit so swimming in a shirt is pointless. Bike
Comments: Was really cold at the start of the bike, took me a good 20 minutes to warm up. After that it was ok. What would you do differently?: Not sure Transition 2
Comments: Took my time to put on socks and running shoes What would you do differently?: Nothing, maybe try out running without socks in training. Run

Warm down: walk around, eat What limited your ability to perform faster: Got sick on friday, spent saturday in bed. Not really sure if I should have done this race. Little dissapointed with the times, but overall happy with the effort on the day. Need to practice open water swimming, especially in choppy water. Event comments: I like this course and it's close.
