Short jog and general jumping around and flapping my arms a bit. No real warm-up. They didn't allow you to get into the water this year.

Good swim. No nerves this year. No collisions either. Got caught up a little in a traffic jam after the turnaround.

Was pouring rain during T1. Had a little trouble clipping in. Otherwise a good T1 for me. Felt good and didn't need to rest at all.

Practice clipping in more.

Was disciplined about starting slow. Felt good starting the run but, it's still the run after all. It's never great.

Was able to pass some runners who passed me early on. Felt good (relatively speaking) the whole time and kept a steady pace after I got over the hill.

This was a fast time for me.

Run more.

Very well organized as usual - even with the 200 additional slots they allowed this year. Not everyone showed due to the rain though.
