What limited your ability to perform faster:

2 weeks of driving around Colorado with my kids did nothing to help me prepare for this race. the only reason I made it to the finish is acclimating to the altitude out west helped.
As I write this the next day I am short of breath and wheezing like a fiend. I know I didn't throw a clot from the flight but i am not right. might need another neb to get to sleep.

Event comments:

great race well organized started right on time, any faults were in my preparation. Everybody was having fun lots of smiles. I will do it again in a heart beat.
