Comments:

In general it was good but I had problem with my new Cervelo P2 and my rear wheel. My will in the hard high hill when I climb it just totch the frame and do the same as if I climb with my brake on. On time I fel down because the wheel jam and I had bikers on my each side so I didn't clip of enought faster. I had all that hill to take of of my bike and walk to climb the hill. I was realy obset about it. After the race I want to the bike shop and they told me I adjust it to close from the frame. I ajust nothing they do it. So now I know one thing, I have to take a bike technical courses.
What would you do differently?:

I will try my bike in different condition before a race when I rode a new bike.

Comments:

I put socks and my socks was wet. It was hard to put it on.
What would you do differently?:

I will start to run without socks

  • 04m 57s  min/km
Comments:

It was a realy good run for me
What would you do differently?:

I have to gain speed if I'd like to be competitive.
Post race
Warm down:

Drink water and do stretching. Eat pasta and a good sleep

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I have to swimm better and run faster.

Event comments:
