Comments: Run was slow which was to be expected. I have been sick all week and knew the run was going to be a challenge. What would you do differently?: run faster Post race
Warm down: walked and snacked at the food station What limited your ability to perform faster: muscle soreness and sickness Event comments: The transition area was not well organized. Many people did not have a place to put there bike. Other areas had too much traffic between runners and bikers. It is only the second year of this year so I understand there are still glitches but I'm not sure if I would do this again.
