Comments:

Could not find any rhythm - no fluidity. Was just looking for the end. Group myself with 9 min. sent every 15 seconds - was passed by 2 people. Was breathing every stroke last half - partly due to limited time in pool because of asthma. No Warmup.

Had a cramp on the run. Pace was not working on watch - think that would have helped me go a little faster. Was going about as fast as I could with my stomach hurting.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Needed more sleep the night before - only had about 4 hours - so busy planning the event that didn't leave much time.

Event comments:

All my "newbies" finished and seemed to have a great first race.....YEAH -very exciting. Had a 12 year old finish her first tri - very cool stuff. Everyone seemed to have a good time -

Shouldn't comment on the race evaluation since I was part of the group that organized it. Although it seemed to go very well with the exception that the distances were marked a little incorrectly.
