Comments:

Wetsuit ripped at the back before the start. Swim was very average otherwise. Hard to sight due to the rising sun directly in line with the direction of the swim. Maybe went out a little hard during the first stretch but not that bad. Long run up to T1 included in swim.

Nothing...maybe take it a little easier.

Good bike. Put the hammer down pretty hard early. Lots of corners in this one but nothing that bad. Lot of folks to navigate around. Definately feel the soreness and the tired legs from the RI 70.3 even though it was two weeks ago. Came off the bike and made the long run back to T2...I think...way in front of the next clydesdale.

Hateful. No energy left for this one. Legs were shot and it was extremely hot and humid by the time the run started. Just tried to keep enough distance between me and the next guy that looked like a clydesdale. Tried like hell to hold them off. Actually managed to feel comfortable through the last mile. Pace is usually 50 secs per mile faster. Oh well.
What would you do differently?:

Actually recover from a long course race.

Second race with the TRIMOM. Will be back next year as she does a great job and has some great energy.
