short jaunt out of water to transition zone. bit of issues getting suit off, not horrid just rusty.

work on whole shoes on pedals thing again.

overall felt strong on bike. flat course, rode mostly on drops. quite often at 24 mph. had to slow for single file sections and small neighborhood cut thru.

flat course. fell into comfortable rythm quickly. too many negative thoughts.a bit hot too, full sun. faster than I thought.
first mile was 8:14, m2 7:15 m3 8. legs transitioned well off bike.

grab some food and drink cheer isis in from run.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

swim, better transition setup, tri bike, less weight.

Event comments:

traffic on roads was a bit dicey from time to time.overall great race in a great little cape cod village.
