I had to sit down to get my wet suit off. Put a tear in it trying to remove.

a vast improvement over 2008. However, I am so sick of just getting passed throughout the bike course. Sometimes I feel like I am standing still and I am really pressing.

I have to transition to TT position.

Not a bad transition, except my zip ties on my shoes didn't work. I had to sit to tie my laces.

gotta figure out a way to get the running shoes on easier

ran 8 minute on mile 1, then had cramping that dropped me off my pace. My achilles tendonitis has really held back my running.... need to get it fixed!
