Comments: Good run, started out a little too fast, first two miles went by in 14 mins and some change, but it didn't hurt me just cause me to run my last mile a little slower than normal. Post race
Warm down: Walked around drank some juice and took my shoes off because my blisters were killing me. What limited your ability to perform faster: Blisters, I wore my triathlon shoes with no socks - not a good idea that day apparently. Event comments: Not too much of an after race party.
