Why do I panic on the swim!! Did well on the way out but got kind of claustrophibic. My warm up was great, but the late start threw me off.

It seems to have blossomed from an informal brick to a full blown event. Too many folks showing up on Saturday caused the LATE start. Going out 45 minutes late helps no one, the volunteers, the locals, the racers. Charge a little more and get some help. The water stations were ridiculous.
