Comments: My HR was too high at the beginning and I couldn't get in a rythm so I ended up walking way too much. Got stronger after mile 2 and finished strong; my last mile was about 8 minutes! What would you do differently?: I need to work on getting into the run sooner, maybe practice a few more bricks. Post race
