Comments: What a lousy swim! It was clear that I haven't been swimming enough. I just couldn't get into a groove. My arm seemed exhausted from the start. What would you do differently?: I need more swim yards. I also got with a slow group and sort of paced with them. Transition 1
Comments: This was the 1st time I tried racing with a tri-shirt under my wetsuit. This was definately the way to go (thanks for loaning me a shirt Bob S.) I also hooked my glasses into my helmet. That worked well also (thanks for the tip Matt G.) What would you do differently?: Next place for gains is probably switching to shoes tri style bike shoes. Mine are regular bike shoes with a buckle and velcro straps. Bike

Comments: I have been running with a Garmin in training so I didn't have a good feel for my pace. I felt like I was crawling but overall I was happy with my time. What would you do differently?: Push for the finish (I missed 3rd for my AG by 10 seconds. Post race
