This was my very first sprint, and I was sooooo "done" after the bike. I normally run a 5K in 30 mins, but it took me 37 mins (I walked a good bit).

Event comments:

There were 2 parts I didn't like:
1. I was new to a road bike, and having to ride over the drawbridge was not my idea of fun. It was extremely slippery and it took extreme concentration to not slip. I lined front wheel up with a line of grooves in bridge and went very slow.
