Swim
Comments: I was in wave 3 with only 3 min. between waves there was not much time to get situated. By the time I got over the time pad there was 1 min. till start and I had to push my way through to get an ok start spot. Was a big change from lake swimming! I could see getting sea sick in the chop, but it didn't really affect me till I had finished and stood still for a bit. It was really hard to see the buoys I must have swam for 200 yrds before I actually saw one, good thing I wasn't in the first wave. It would be nice if they would seed the start instead of order of registration... there was a ton of congestion which could have been avoided. What would you do differently?: Register first? Post race
Warm down: walk around and wait for the 4.4's to finish What limited your ability to perform faster: warm up, as usual, but there was really no where, they didn't have warm ups in the bay! Event comments: Red shirts? Really? Fun race. Last updated: 2010-06-11 12:00 AM
