Not bad first run. I went out too hard on first mile (5:35) but settled in after that. If I can back off a bit on the first run I'd actually be faster overall on the first run.
What would you do differently?:

Slow down the pace of the first mile.

Rained off and on during the bike. The first two miles was very slick as road was patched with a lot of tar. I could feel myself sliding around so I got out of aero and just road on the bars for the first two miles.
