Protein shake for breakfast. Then a couple gels before the race.

Swim felt good.
What would you do differently?:

Push a little harder. Faded at Sullivan and it slowed me down. I think was a little too worried about running out of gas.

My T1 is horrible. Need to make some changes. Maybe I will start swimming with my shoes already on. LOL

Get some speed laces and maybe a pair of Zoots for the sprints.

Was not happy with my bike. Looking back I know I could have pushed harder. Heading out I didnt realize there was a tailwind so I did not take advantage of it so coming back in the head wind really hurt my time.

Train harder so I can push harder in races.

Too much gas in the tank at the end. Probably could have pushed harder throughout. At the end I had a good boost but should have started it with about .5 - .75 mile to go.
What would you do differently?:

Push a harder pace throughout and suck it up and start kick with at least .5 to go.
