Comments: one of my better bike legs...there was a group of about 5 riders where we we pass each other and be passed on the uphills/flats/downhills...wasn't really passed by too many people, passed a few, and neutralized a handful... What would you do differently?: more numerous interval workouts and longer tempo workouts...hills... Transition 2
Comments: couldn't find my space! What would you do differently?: look for markers of my space or make it more obvious... Run

Warm down: walk, wait for Sarah... What limited your ability to perform faster: I was trying to be disciplined and not go out too fast on either first run and the first half of bike (which I succeeded in doing and thus bettering my time by 6%) but I felt like I could have pushed the pace a bit more on the runs and the bike and was a bit disappointed I wasn't faster on the second run... Event comments: goal for next year is 2:00:00 realizing that 2/3 of time is on the bike, 1/6 on first run and and 1/6 on second run...goal of 1:15:00 on bile... Last updated: 2010-06-13 12:00 AM
