swam a little, opted for no wetsuit... so I didn't want to be to cold waiting for my wave to take off.

warmup on swim... hesitation in t2 with bike..lack of focus for consistency on run.

Event comments:

nice... the island is just so run down though! I can't imagine going there for any other reason than an event like this. Looked like it used to be such a nice place.

This was a great training day in preparation for BigFish OLY. I like 3D.

Course: nice, flat, bad pavement marked well.... really crappy when slow riders don't know what side to go to... A little disappointed they didn't specify or tell them CLEARLY which side to go to.. typically on a course like that they should be riding on the left and passing on the right.. I HATE DRAFTERS< LOCKED UP MY BRAKES TO STOP GUY FROM DRAFTING ME. WHAT AN ASS... Whats the point if you need to cheat. Loser placed in his AG to..
