Took way too long for me to recover at the top (3+min) What would you do differently?: What can I say, for the past 4 weeks I have been working on my thesis, been biking maybe 3 or 4 times. Its obvious that I was going to perform below my potential. Transition 2

Comments: Solid run considering the lack of training over the past few weeks. I did feel tightness in my back towards the end of the run, and the last 2km was tough. What would you do differently?: Start out a little slower but finish stronger Post race
Warm down: Take shoes off (heels blistered and in pain due to rubbing), stretch and drink some water/gatorade. What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of training over the past 4 weeks, + lack of swimming over the past 6 months. Event comments: I give an average rating for 1 reason: There were not enough portable washrooms on the site: a total of 10 for nearly 500 participants, most of which have to use the washroom within about 45min of race start. Each person uses the washroom for about 2 minutes. This allows for 225 people to use the washroom within 45minutes of the race start. They needed double the amount of washrooms. I was in a line for about 30minutes, and barely made the start in time. Terrible organization of washrooms on the race directors part. Last updated: 2010-06-16 12:00 AM
