Comments: The T1 time was included in the bike portion of the race from what I can tell. This artifically inflated the time. Fumbled with the gloves and really lost time messing with them. Bike

Comments: Was totally gassed for the first mile. Having the T2 time mixed in with the run made my normally really bad time look abysmal. What would you do differently?: keep working on the run. Post race
Warm down: Walked around. Minimal stretching. Did not sit down so didn't tighten up. What limited your ability to perform faster: The RUN. UGH. Event comments: Was a good race, with lots of volunteers. Didn't like having the bike portion be on the pathway instead of the road. Also did not like that the race timing lumped transition time in with the bike/run. Makes it hard to determine your real pace. Also no finisher medals. Last updated: 2010-06-16 12:00 AM
