Breakfast of scrambled egg, bagel, and raisin bran with skim milk. Gatorade.

Comments:

Run felt good for my first marathon. Didn't have any real pain until about mile 22.
What would you do differently?:

Get a belt to carry an extra bottle with me. Maybe push more through the pain the last couple of miles.

Stretched and walked.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Heat and legs hurting.

Event comments:

Enjoyed the day. One complaint I do have is there was no water/gatorade availiable outside the finish area and once you left you could not go back in to get more.
