Felt very slow but after seeing everyone else's times it was ok. Very challenging run for a sprint tri but fair

Go harder! I could have gone faster.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

The swim really set me back. Not only was i playing catchup the rest of the day, swimming breast stroke killed my legs as well.

Excellent race. Challenging and fun and everything was well organized.
