Felt good, just slow. Drafted some on the 2nd half for the first time ever. Wasn't too bad and allowed me to think about something other than swimming.

Good, fast run with a nice sprint at the end. Minor foot/leg pain at the beginning, but went away after 1/2 mile.

Push harder before the turn.

The fact that I swim like a cinder block.
