Comments: took my time I did not want to burn up a bunch of energy to save 15 seconds in t1. What would you do differently?: good Bike
Comments: felt strong on bike until abut mile 50 when i started to cramp so i slowed down and took in more fluitds and GU What would you do differently?: taken more salt on the bike. Transition 2
Comments: went well not many bikes in so it was easy to rack and get going What would you do differently?: I did not get my GU in my pocket right and fell out somewhere Run
Comments: major dehidration issues from bike running on pace for about first 3 miles then started to feel light headed and cold so had to walk/run through aid stations at mile 9 I finally felt like i could push it again and ran a ok pace the remainder of race. What would you do differently?: First take more solt with me I only took 3 enduralites in t2, Second make sure i have my Roctane with me. Probably should have done more long bike runs in training. Post race
Warm down: Hit medical tent for ice What limited your ability to perform faster: heat and humidity. Event comments: Good race they cant control weather. And with all ironman events to expensive. Last updated: 2010-06-18 12:00 AM
