Comments: The day before I did an 11 mile run and my legs were feeling quite heavy. I am very happy with how my bike ride went. I held back for a good portion of the bike ride, refusing to chase people down and just race my race. What would you do differently?: Not much... Maybe taper next time? Transition 2

Warm down: Finished off my water bottles, light stretching, walked a round a bit What limited your ability to perform faster: A hard 11 mile run the day before Event comments: An excellent midweek training race (C-Race).
