Set up transition area... used the bathroom twice... that's about it.

Swim went much better this year than last. No goggle problems. A minor navigation problem early on, but overall a very good swim. Good breathing, good drafting when I did... strong swim!

The day before I did an 11 mile run and my legs were feeling quite heavy. I am very happy with how my bike ride went. I held back for a good portion of the bike ride, refusing to chase people down and just race my race.
What would you do differently?:

Not much... Maybe taper next time?

A hard 11 mile run the day before

Event comments:

An excellent midweek training race (C-Race). It's a good way to get race experience and to try different things out before A-Races.
