Comments:

Decent swim, all participants started together so got kicked a lot on first lap, had to fix goggles 3 times, swam into a tree on second lap which was floating in water
What would you do differently?:

stay close to shore on upstream parts to avoid worst of the current

my chip strap had come loose in swim so stopped short after mounting bike to make sure it was tight
Hands cold from water so a bit slow moving getting helmet fastened etc
